Erika is a wonderful yogi. She is very knowledgeable and allows beginners to work at their own pace safely. She can teach between beginning and advanced classes. She allows beginners to see how an advance pose vs a beginner pose would look, as well as where in the body you should feel the work being done. She is good about correcting common position flaws to maximize benefits of the session.
